28 years for rape, sodomy and attempted murder????

I'm sorry but what is that? This monster received a whopping 28 years in prison for the following:

In his plea and sentence agreement with the state, James admitted that he had raped the girl in bushes on November 5, 2006, and sodomised her before stabbing her in her side, bashing a rock over her head and throwing her into a fire.

Let me list those things for clarity:1. Rape2. Sodomy3. Stabbing (attempted murder)4. Bashing a rock over her head (attempted murder)5. Throwing her in to a fire (attempted murder)For the above Abraham James received a mere 28 years in prison. He is 30 now and will then get out close to his 60th birthday. That is if he doesn't get off earlier for "good behaviour".One thing I left out, is that the girl that this maniac attacked is 7 years old.The only solace I can find in his sentence is that even lowly prisoners can recognise that child rapists deserve death and often put the convicted through a living death in prison. Paris Hilton Goes Back To Jail... How The Risen Can Fall

Yes, it is true, the untouchable just got touched by the long arm of the law. Paris has been ordered back to prison.Apparently the judge that sentenced her specifically noted that her sentenced was not to be served, at any point, in her home. This was contravened by the Sheriff who sighted medical illness as his reasoning.Tsk Tsk Tsk. Paris, go back to prison, eat that food and love those women as only a CRIMINAL could. 'Cause lets be honest, Paris is now nothing more than a criminal with a record who has been to jail. Yes she has millions upon millions of dollars to her name, but in prison she is literally just a number.I am so glad to see that celebrities are not untouchable in the eyes of the law. May this be a lesson to all the other idiot celebrities who do stupid things and think that money will save them.

Goldin And Bloom Murderers Sentenced

Last year Brett Goldin and Richard Bloom were murdered in cold blood. The murderers have just been handed a 28 year sentence each. It may have taken over a year but the sentence has finally been handed down.I am not sure what sort of a sentence that is, personally I think that if you are found guilty of murder then the deed has been done and the sentence should reflect that. What is 28 years? Why not just make it a life sentence? If these guys are guilty, they are guilty and they should be in prison forever.Nonetheless, the culprits have been found, charged and convicted. They are now behind bars where they belong. And good riddance too.
