Greenday and U2 Hook Up

Could this be? Could it actually be possible that the two biggest bands in the world have joined forces to create a single like the world has never before heard? I hear you scoff, I see you snicker but it is true.U2 and Greenday have come together to create a single for the world to hear and see. It is political, it is raw, it is motivated and it is a collaboration that needed to be done and hopefully will make people stand up and take notice (in case you hadn't noticed I am a massive fan of both bands and the messages they put out)!

The track is called "The Saints Are Coming". It also features parts of "House of the Rising Sun" by The Animals. I absolutely love it."I cried to my daddy on the telephone, how long now? Till the clouds unroll and you come home..." Bono's first lines in the song. The music video features Iraqi troops moving in to New Orleans, soldiers returning from Afghanistan to help the Katrina sufferers (none of these things have happened).

"I say no matter how I try, I realise there's no replyThe saints are coming, the saints are coming."I think the saints have arrived and they go by the names U2 and Greenday.
