		<description>Dude, they follow for that specific reason, the minute chance of someone following them or going to their site. I did, &#039;cos I love to see what these crazy kids are up to, but they hope that someone less informed than I am is going to click on some link or mail them and buy something.

Dude, I know a guy who was sitting on a plane next to a Korean who was ACTUALLY on his way to Nigeria or somewhere to help some dude who&#039;d just lost a father and gained $199,45b. Seriously. It&#039;s bizarre, but some people just have no clue.</description>

I just ignore these.

There are also out and out spammers.  Last week I tweeted about my arthritis flaring up and the next day had been followed by &lt;a href=&quot;http://twitter.com/arthritistreat&quot; rel=&quot;nofollow&quot;&gt;this account&lt;/a&gt;, which links to some dubious snake-oilish looking site.
