Hi and welcome to my blog! If you're new here, you may want to subscribe to my RSS feed. Thanks for visiting and do come back.
Can you believe that it has come to this?
There is actually a company that is advertising anti-aging water, for real. I have seen the TV advert and actually had to visit the website just to see if this insanity is actually true. It is, or at least it seems to be for now.
To be fair, I am the one saying that you can stay young forever, not them. They just claim that the water will help your DNA repair better over time. Apparently there is “proof” of their claims but to be honest I didn’t really understand much of the information provided.
Have a look:

As you can see the product is called Aqua Bimini and people seem to think it’s working - wonder how much they have been paid to think that?
These people think it’s the way forward, or something:

Hi,
Thanks for the blogging and you interest into Aqua Bimini.
I handle the marketing end of the product and thought I should just share with you that we have not paid anyone of the celebrities or anyone you see in the pixs! Instead, we have challenged 10 local celebrities to the correct lifestyle, which you can see on http://www.health24.com (once again, the celebrities have full freedom to write what the heart desire is, and what is blogged is what you see…)
P.s. I know the info can be abet daunting, but if you like, pop me a mail with your address and ill arrange a DVD to be courried, which explains the science in normal terms:)
Good for now,
Davin
Where can I get aqua bimini and how much does it cost?
where in Cape Town Soth Africa can I buy this product?
In the Cape Town area you can get it from Wellness Warehouse on Kloof Street or any Global Wraps. There are a few more distributors in Western Cape, so would suggest you go visit our webpage, http://www.aquabimini.com to find out you closest stockist.
We do also offer the option of ordering through the webpage, the upside of this, is the water is delivered direct to your doorstep.

I’m skeptical by nature and make every effort to expose woo-woo nonsense wherever I encounter it. I get particularly incensed when I find that money is involved. What the sellers of Aqua Bimini don’t tell people is that quinic acid (their commercialised name “QuinMax”) is found abundantly and naturally in apples and peaches, and to a lesser extent, in coffee. This is apparently the anti-ageing wonder ingredient in their product. In short, one is paying them for WATER that contains an additive that can be found naturally in fruit.
Hi Alistair,
Thanks you for your post.
To be skeptical is only healthy and I would like to encourage you to put forward any further questions you might have.
Your statement of QuinMax being found naturally in apples, peaches and coffee is correct, infact it is found in alot of products that we consume on a everyday basis.
What you are INCORRECt in stating is that Aqua Bimini has not disclosed this, as in most of our media interviews such as 702, Cape Talk or Morning Live we have stated that Quinic acid/Quinmax is 100% natural and is infact found in most of items we consume on a daily basis such as fruit, vegetables ect
Infact, to be specific, to get the equivalent amount of quinic acid that is needed to have a similar impact that is in a 500ml bottle of Aqua Bimini, you would need to consume over 6000litres of grape juice on a daily basis.
Further more, QuinMax is infact a maximised formula of quinic acid, hence why 1x 500ml gives you the equivalent (if not more…) of over 6000litres of grape juice.
If you would like more info into the product, please feel free to email and I can arrange accordingly.
Thanks,
D
