MTN – Unlimited bandwidth within 8 weeks

Can someone please explain this to me. I drive past this banner advert on a lampost every day. I still have no clue what it means.

    You will pay a monthly fee and have no caps.
    Only for corporates at this time but apartment blocks could get access aswell.
