Scientists have discovered the most Earth-like planet yet, Gliese 581 (what kind of name is that anyways?). The planet is located some 20.5 light-years away (that is far) but humans are unable to travel that far.

There has been no attempt at discovering biological life on the planet yet. As of now there is just great excitement around the fact that this planet could be habitable by humans.

Woo hoo, lets go ahead and screw this one up, wait till we have the technology to migrate our entire population Earth to Gliese-whatever and then carry on with our existence as the human race. Great stuff.
